Caddie's Summary:  The Summit is a course waiting to be noted. The architecture and play is only hindered in large tournament standards by the short distance (6587yd from Gold tees). The course itself is well shaped and conditioned - and with the greens rolling fast, it offers a challenge with some tight drives, approaches and sloping greens. Rolling fairways and a couple of par 3's surrounded by tight water hazards add to the course's strategic play and the greens are known for rolling extremely well. The Summit is full of amenities, and the Club is an excellent community from pool, club house (for weddings and events) to the course itself. From a members perspective it is an ideal home course, as it provides the need for focus and the opportunity to improve your game on every round, yet allows the golfer to be comfortable and to play for the pure enjoyment of being on a beautiful course. For all handicappers, the Summit is a gem. Locally, members are fortunate to have a well-rounded golf community with a course noted for its design and the efforts placed into its care.
