Caddie's Summary:  Sycamore Hills is undoubtedly a top course in the United States and simply has the feel of elegance. Like the swan photo above, the course is meticulously conditioned and full of natural beauty, yet its head is poised and is readily fierce. At a 76.5 Rating, the course offers excellent challenge from tee to green. Playing extremely fairly, the golfer must still traverse the creeks, lakes, and numerous bunkers to properly manage the course. Maturity of trees and the grass (very good root system for quick healing and soft play on fairways and hard-fast putting surfaces) make this a championship setting. Amenities and facilities bring back the sophisticated feel and comfort of the game's tradition, and the staff treats everyone like a winner. With an obvious place in the Top Indiana courses, playing or joining the Sycamore Club can only be viewed as a wise decision. Bring your best game, for it is required to challenge this course, and lay back and enjoy the beauty and strategy of golf as it was meant to be.
