Caddie's Summary: A beautiful layout and good manicuring are assured at Baytree National. An excellent staff keeps golf comfortable and the Links-style design by Gary Player offers challenge and natural scenery. Wildlife is abundant and the daily upkeep of the course also signify Baytree. For the average golfer, there is a little room for missed tees, but scrub bunkers and tall grass hazards are plentiful. Relatively flat, water comes into play on about half of the holes. Approaches are characterized by angled greens and plenty of traps. All-in-all Baytree is a beautiful course with both the challenging play and scenery to be considered THE must play in Melbourne. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
