Caddie's Summary: Covered Bridge is a scenic and well-manicured course with a nice layout. Being early in its years, the course will become more demanding each year as many of the trees begin to fill out and heighten. The course plays well for the any handicap and offers the opportunity to shoot some low scores if your game is on. However, the course has the ability to make you pay for misses and placement of tee shots is critical on many of the holes. We really liked the back nine and felt that it offered a tighter play with interesting approaches (such as bunkers cutting into greens). Low handicappers should play the Fuzzy tees (7068yd) rather than the Gold (6453yd) to add flavor to the approach shots and bring the bunkers more into play. Both #9 and #18 are par 5's along a lake and many of the par 3's also bring water into play. Overall, the course is in fantastic shape and is a rewarding track to challenge.
